Mr. Bin has a strong educational background and nearly 20 years of expertise in healthcare leadership, technology, media, and public relations. He is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Pymed Technologies Inc., a pioneer global leader in healthcare technology in the century of artificial intelligence.

 

Since 2015, Mr. Bin has successfully transformed over 9500 private and public healthcare facilities in the United States and Southeast Asia from traditional, paper-based operations to fully digital healthcare providers. He has also collaborated with over 100,000 physicians, healthcare professionals, and leaders worldwide to integrate digital healthcare skills into their systems and services.

 

Mr. Bin firmly believes that innovative technology and AI are essential tools for addressing challenges in healthcare and empowering businesses and societies to thrive in the era of Industry 4.0. Kagnara Kol 
Technology Lead Manager

 

Ms. Kagnara Kol serves as the Technology Lead Manager at Pymed Technologies Inc. since its inception. She has played a pivotal role in the development of a comprehensive suite of cloud-based healthcare applications and technological innovations that have transformed over 9500 private and public healthcare provider facilities. Her efforts have facilitated more efficient operations for providers and have enabled millions of healthcare consumers to access their trusted healthcare services more readily, swiftly, and securely.

 

In her role as Technology Lead Manager, Ms. Kol is responsible for overseeing the organization’s technological vision, strategy, and implementation. With over ten years of experience in technology leadership and a background in software engineering, she is a significant asset and innovator within the company, specializing in the promotion of innovation, the scaling of digital platforms, and the cultivation of high-performing technical teams.

 

Prior to her tenure at Pymed Technologies Inc., Ms. Kol held several key leadership positions at esteemed technology firms, including Allweb based in France and Mapring. During her time there, she led and contributed to the successful development of various cloud-based applications, core banking software applications, financial payment applications, and middleware solutions for system integration, all of which aimed to meet customer demands in the banking services and communication sectors. Ms. Kol is renowned for her expertise in cloud-based software applications and healthcare Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, as well as her dedication to integrating artificial intelligence into her professional development within healthcare technology and innovation. Throughout nearly ten years at Pymed Technologies Inc., she has consistently delivered transformative solutions that align with both business objectives and customer needs.

 

Ms. Kol possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the well-regarded Institute of Technology of Cambodia. Manin Hun 
Product Development and Customer Support Lead

Ms. Hun began her role as a Business Support Advisor and has joined our dynamic team to support and transform over 9500 private and public provider facilities across Southeast Asia and North America. Her primary responsibilities involve addressing daily user issues and enhancing their overall experience.

 

Since her start, Ms. Hun has significantly expanded her knowledge and expertise, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality, customer-centric solutions and innovations that make users' lives easier and more productive. She was later promoted to the position of Product Development and Customer Support Manager. With a proven track record of excellence and a technical education in computer software engineering, Ms. Hun dedicates her skills and energy to leading cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of innovative software products at Pymed Technologies Inc.

 

In her new role, Ms. Hun has played a pivotal role in driving product strategy, optimizing development processes, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions across various key areas within health diligence. These areas include cloud-based EHR, patient engagement, paperless intake management, healthcare branding solutions, practice management, electronic prescription management, lab services automation, imaging services automation, and mobile applications that allow consumers to access healthcare easily.

 

As Product Development and Customer Support Manager, Ms. Hun expertly manages and supports her teams through the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and roadmap planning to development and post-launch support. She excels at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams to achieve product goals and meet deadlines.

 

Drawing on her strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Ms. Hun has implemented best practices to streamline workflows and improve product delivery times, all while ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations. Her innovative vision has significantly modernized the operations and services of thousands of healthcare facilities, dramatically altering how healthcare providers and professionals deliver services. This evolution has led to improved care and outcomes in an era characterized by digital advancements and artificial intelligence. Millions of individuals in Cambodia and throughout Southeast Asia now enjoy enhanced access to healthcare services from trusted providers, all facilitated through user-friendly digital platforms. d)      Product and Industry Knowledge
-        Maintain a deep understanding of Pymed Technologies' product offerings and their applications within the healthcare industry.
-        Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare software market.
-        Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights.

e)      Reporting and Analytics
-        Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment.
-        Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data, sales activities, and performance tracking.
-        Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales activities and results.

f)        Team Collaboration
-        Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-        Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives.
-        Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.


Qualifications and Competencies:
-        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
-        Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on healthcare software solutions.
-        Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare technology sector.
-        Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, trends, and challenges.
-        Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-        Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.
-        Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
-        Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
-        Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Payment and Benefits:  
-        Commencing employment as a Sales Consultant Contractor with an hourly payment rate of $45.00-$70.00 plus a 35% commission per successful close deal.
-        Average working hours: 16 hours per week for the first 6 months.  
-        The successful Sales Consultant Contractor for the full-time employment contract will get payment: $125,000.00-150,000.00 p.a.
